# Recording a sale for a seller

An order received on paper or by phone? The organiser can record it on behalf of a seller.

**Active campaigns** > expand the campaign > **Saisir une vente** (record a sale) icon on the seller's row: customer details, items, any donations, then **Save sale**. Tick **The client has already paid** to record it as collected.

The order then appears in the seller's portal, like a shop order.
