Recording a sale for a seller

An order received on paper or by phone? The organiser can record it on behalf of a seller.

Active campaigns > expand the campaign > Saisir une vente (record a sale) icon on the seller's row: customer details, items, any donations, then Save sale. Tick The client has already paid to record it as collected.

The order then appears in the seller's portal, like a shop order.
